We recently had an independent market researcher contact some of clients and here’s what Grill 48, a steak and burger venue in Dunfermline had to say:
We wanted reliability of the quality of produce. We recently changed supplier and didn’t want any stumbling blocks as ‘the grass isn’t always greener’.
The service is extremely good, from placing an order right through to the girls in the accounts team dealing with enquires to the product quality.
You are only food supplier with someone on the end of the phone to take the order. There have been occasions when ordering needs to be delegated to other members of the team (Chef) who may not be aware of the recurring order. The Customer Services team can advise. This is a unique and important feature.
If there has been an error when ordering and they have been left short, no matter who’s fault it is, this is quickly rectified and delivered, even at weekends! In some cases, Malcolm has delivered it himself. They’ve went over and above their needs and expectations.
Yes absolutely! They may be slightly more expensive but the service provided is better and the products are better quality. This ticks a bigger box.
There is nothing they could do better, they cover all aspects.
